The machine comes with a concrete mixture powered by a 5 HP motor, which allows for efficient mixing of the concrete to create the perfect blend for strong paver blocks. Additionally, a colour pan mixture is included, also driven by a 5 HP motor, ensuring that the colour is evenly distributed throughout the mix for consistent, vibrant hues.
Plastic moulds are used to shape the blocks, while iron oxide colour is added to achieve durable and vivid colouration. The use of a paver block chemical hardener further enhances the strength and shine of the finished product. Plastic ply is used to ensure smooth removal of the blocks from the mould, with the paver blocks set to cure overnight. The next day, the blocks are ready for demoulding, ensuring easy and efficient production for large-scale paver block manufacturing.
